Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Authoryti. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Authoryti. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your work. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties without your explicit consent.

AI Output and Disclaimer

Content generated by Authoryti's AI is provided "as-is." We make no warranty that AI-generated content is original, free of similarities to existing works, or non-infringing. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying ownership before publishing or commercial use.

You are responsible for ensuring your final work does not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

AI models are trained on broad datasets; outputs may coincidentally resemble existing works. Authoryti is not liable for any IP claims arising from your use of generated content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Authoryti to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse our platform or its underlying AI systems.

Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

Authoryti is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
